How we practice this
Cardinal & Oak operates as a real-estate wholesaler — we contract to purchase properties and assign those contracts to qualified cash buyers. In every step of that process, we commit to the following:
- Equal evaluation of every property — based only on condition, location, value, and fit with our network's buying criteria. Never on any characteristic of the seller.
- Consistent terms — every homeowner receives the same disclosures, the same three-business-day cancellation right, and the same attorney-handled closing structure.
- No steering — we don't direct our buyer network toward or away from any neighborhood based on its demographic composition.
- Equal advertising reach — our marketing is conducted on an equal basis across Connecticut communities.
